• accepting USD through paypal or cashapp
• payment / down payment expected within 24 hours of invoice
• payment plans OK for bids over $150 with a required $50 down payment
• payment plans must be met within a month, with exceptions for substantially large payments.
• payment plans will not be refunded once initiated
• failure to meet payment will revoke your claim and result in blacklisting

bidding

• bids will be made in a chain following the most recent offer
• message me if you would like me to make a private bid for you, alternatively you are allowed to have others make your bid for you
• bids must be made with certainty as backing out or ghosting will result in blacklisting

design rights

✔️ design may be used in any personal project with full creative freedom
✔️ design may be resold, traded, or gifted
✔️ art that comes with design may posted elsewhere or used as a profile picture
❌ design may not be used in a purposefully hateful or discriminatory manner
❌ my credits may not be removed from the design
❌ design may not be used in AI, NFT, or blockchains

• commercial rights (for selling merchandise of design) must be purchased
• I may use artwork made of the design for my own portfolio and post it on my other websites

Commissions

payment

• USD payment made upfront through vgen, paypal, or cashapp once request is accepted
• service options and prices are available on my vgen

• additional characters, complex designs, and complex backgrounds are done for an additional fee

revisions

• one work in progress shot is shown during sketch stage
• modifications may be requested after receiving sketch
• only minor modifications may be made after receiving finished piece
• major modifications after receiving finished piece may be made for an additional fee

timeframe

• expect commissions to be completed within 3 months, more often sooner than later
• if commission is not completed within 3 months you may choose to be refunded or receive a discount if you still desire to receive the piece

• I am slow with communication due to a chronic pain condition
